Browsing this website

Music Victim is a static website. Its code does not create user accounts, collect form submissions, use advertising trackers, set analytics cookies or store information in your browser's local storage. Fonts, photographs and map assets are served with the website. Videos and music players are links, not embedded third-party players.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. Handling requests involves technical data such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser or network information. Cloudflare may process security-related information and use necessary security cookies depending on the protections applied. This notice does not claim that browsing produces no technical logs.

Contact and purposes

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details you choose to include. Please send only information needed for your enquiry. We use correspondence to answer questions, handle corrections and protect legitimate interests. The proposed legal basis is legitimate interests in running, securing and maintaining the website and responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), where applicable. Information required by law is processed on the applicable legal basis.

Providers, retention and transfers

Website infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare. The planned contact service forwards messages through Cloudflare Email Routing to a Gmail mailbox provided by Google. Email forwarding is still being configured in this development version.

You may lodge a complaint with your competent data protection authority. Providing information by email is voluntary, but we need a return address to reply. This website does not use personal data for automated decisions or profiling.
